Posted on July 5, 2009Ride from Blue Mountain The route Jamie, Jamie, Orrin & I took on today's ride out of the Blue Mountain parking lot. Super fun ride, great pavement, lots of hills, but tons of time to recover. Averaged 144bpm & 202 Watts.
